Ye Hum Nahi (This is not us) is a promotion running by Waseem Mahmoood and a number famous peoples. Pakistani singers have choosedn to join hands and raise their voice on behalf of the Muslim world through a soul touching sound track, featuring names like Haroon, Ali Haider, Ali Zafar, Shufqat, Strings, Shuja Haider and Hadiqa Kiani.
Yeh hum nahi
Since the tragic events of 9/11, Muslims are facing lot problems in all over the world, and America is completing his mission against muslims in the name of Attack on World Trade Center. America attacked on Afghanistan, Iraq and now they are trying to shut down nuclear programm in Iran right now. But no one will see it. Everyone is watching muslims with wrong points. Its fact 9/11 event was from Muslims but we are also muslims and we are trying to say that All Muslims are not terrorists. And we all being a muslim do not accept that attack it was wrong and it was completley rubbish.
The song was recorded during a three month period from November 2006 to January 2007 at Sound of Speed studios in Karachi.
Waseem, veteran award winning director who has worked with some of the biggest names names in the industry, describes the video as “For me the glamour of the video was in assembling the biggest star cast ever seen in Pakistan in one single shot, something that had never been achieved before. I appreciate this effort from great Pakistanis. First Shehzad roy hard hitting song and then Yeh hum nahi, both are good and no comparison between them..

being a normal citizen we only can spread true Islamic education to our youth. So to avoid terrorism sticker from Pakistan we have to spread and expand our knowledge to all over the world. This is what i am doing at least because this is what i can do easily.
